Hi, everyone! ✋😊 It took me time to collect my experience and create a blog that would be devoted to all of us who are suffering from Hiatal Hernia, Gastritis, IBS, GERD and other stomach problems. 

I have been suffering from Gastritis and IBS for over 5 years, and recently I have been diagnosed with Hiatal Hernia. In order to ease symptoms, and hopefully to cure one day from all those conditions, I've started searching for different ways I could improve my diet, have a healthier lifestyle, overall: to feel better. 

Since diet is the essential part of curing those conditions, this blog would be mainly focused on useful recipes with the description of the benefits of that food to our body including which vitamins, fibers, minerals are beneficial for our body.  However, I would also post and talk about my useful  and less successful experiences such as: herbal remedies, chiropractic treatments, exercises, yoga, food supplements that helped me or didn't help me with my conditions. 

Also feel free to ask anything, and I would be glad to help as much as I can. 😊 I believe that sharing is essential for everyone who suffers from those conditions, so feel free to share your stories and ask as many questions as you want. However, I am not a doctor so I can only help you with my experience, which I hope that will help you too, since it worked on me. Also, I would share some stuff that didn't help me, however it could work on you, so don't give up.
