Since I have done the test on food intolerance recently (about which I would also write), It turned out that I could only eat oat among all the other flours and cereals. That is why I decided to make bread from oat only.
I am not a huge fan of bread, but this bread is so soft, and oat is one of the healthiest cereals, so I would recommend it to everybody with stomach problems. This cereal is good for digestive problems, diabetes, skin, immune system and cardiovascular system. It is rich with vitamin B, potassium, calcium, magnesium, silicon, iron, manganese, copper and zinc. So let's try this easy recipe. 😊
INGREDIENTS
🍴Two cups of oat flour🍴Cup and a half of mineral water
🍴Baking soda
🍴Oatmeal cereals
🍴Oil
🍴Cinnamon (not necessarily)
🍴Sugar and salt
RECIPE
1. Mix two cups of flour with water and baking soda. Mix it really good and add a little bit of oil and cinnamon if you want. Add a little bit of sugar and salt (about 1/3 of teaspoon)2. Put this mix on a little bit of oiled baking paper in baking tinplate.
3. Pour oatmeal cereals on top of the mixture that is in tinplate
3. Preheat the oven on 220 ℃ / 428 ℉ and bake it for 25-30 min, then adjust temperature to be about 180 ℃ / 356 ℉ to bake it a little bit more.
IMPRESSION
